Wendy Simmons

Wendy Simmons has over 40 years of experience in energy efficiency and utility programs. She founded and led Prism Energy Services for 25 years before selling it to Environ Energy in 2023. Now at Environ, she mentors her successor, supports her team, and contributes to the Management Team while continuing to apply her industry expertise. Wendy specializes in leading project teams for energy efficiency initiatives and large utility-sponsored programs, fostering technical accuracy, ethical business practices, and strong client relationships. She holds a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire and serves on several nonprofit and industry boards, including the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, Quincy Rotary Club, The Woodward School for Girls, and Quincy College.
